Melbourne City Council Archives: 1985: archivist for the Council's paper and photographic records.
National Film and Sound Archive: 1988-1999: Catalogued documentary and actuality film footage including: silent era industrials, silent home movies and actuality footage, cinema advertisements and silent newsreels. Worked on the Operation Newsreel project cataloguing Cinesound Review and Movietone News newsreels produced in Australia from 1929 up until the final newsreel as issued in 1975. After this project ended I worked for a time as the Screenings Officer and on developing NFSA products using footage from the collection. I also worked on the systems administration of the NFSA’s collection management system MAVIS (Merged AudioVisual Information System).
Wizard Information Services: 1999 - 2007: worked for the software developer of MAVIS, Wizard Information Systems, developing the MAVIS system and implementing it at sites overseas.
National Museum of Australia: 2007-2010: implemented the Object Type Thesaurus in the National Museum of Australia's collection management database, Opal, and went on to manage the administration of Opal. Lead the procurement of a digital asset management system for their digital collection.
National Library of Australia: 2010–2015: Libraries Australia: Manager of the systems administration of the database behind the NBD (National Bibliographic Database); Manager of the photography team; and helped to implement the Library’s digital asset management system: docWorks.
